All orders are digitally fulfilled. Upon purchase you will be sent an email (typically within 2 working days) to obtain information about your software installation, to allow us to issue your Purchase Keys to unlock the software.
In the case of site licences, you will be asked to confirm your Company Name and we will issue a Licence Key based on that information.
Updated Keys will also be issued for Support and Upgrades Renewal or Program Upgrades, and these must be entered into the software to take effect.
If you don't receive a response within 2 working days of sending order or support queries, please attempt to communicate with us again, as your initial email will almost certainly not have been received.
