Sales to consumers (not for the purposes of business).
You the shopper have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of your contract with us, or 14 days from receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel their order, you will have your payment returned. The goods must be returned to Acksen Ltd at your cost, the goods must be undamaged, unopened and unused, in complete working order. In the case of electronic purchases, you must not have downloaded or activated the software.
Sales to businesses.
Acksen Ltd reserve the right not to accept cancellation of orders, whether the order is dispatched or not. Where possible we may allow the cancellation of an unshipped order, if we can then we will charge a restocking fee, typically 10% of the list price. We cannot refund carriage costs or fees. Where goods are to be returned, must be returned to Acksen Ltd at your cost, the goods must be undamaged, unopened and unused, in complete working order. Where items have been purchased solely for the fulfilment of the order we may not be able to refund those items. Electronically fulfilled purchases cannot be refunded.
