Support and Upgrades renewals allow you to continue receiving email Support and program Upgrades for Timesheet Xpress.
Support and Upgrades renewals are for 12 months and must be renewed within a month of expiry - or a Program Upgrade must be purchased instead. All Program Upgrades include 12 months of email support and upgrades.
If you have no Support in place, a Single Support Incident can be purchased. The cost will depend on the complexity of your problem and will be assessed upon contacting us.
