Support and Upgrades renewals allow you to continue receiving email Support and program Upgrades for Timesheet Xpress.
Support and Upgrades renewals are for 12 months and must be renewed within two months of expiry - or a Program Upgrade must be purchased instead. All Program Upgrades include 12 months of email support and upgrades.
If you have no Support in place, a Support Incident can be purchased. The cost will depend on the complexity of your problem and will be assessed upon contacting us.
